This was our second stay at "202" and we shall definitely return. Both our visits have been in December but will sample the delights of Lincoln in the Spring. Bedrooms spacious and extremely well appointed. Cooked breakfast something to die for !!! more
We were very pleased with All aspects of 202. Steve Ellaine and Lisa made us very welcome in every way, room inc. ensuite. breakfast. We would certainly stay again when next in Lincoln. more

We have recently stayed at 202 Guesthouse with friends, and we were made to feel welcome right from the start. The rooms are extremely comfortable with a very high standard of decor. We were delighted by the standard of this guesthouse, the room was spotlessly clean and very welcoming, we were instantly greeted and shown around which made us feel very at home. Stayed at the 202 guest house on 6/8/09 for one night on the way up to York, fantastic accommadation, breakfast brilliant, hospitality great, especially Lisa who looked after us. My boyfriend and I stayed here first in October, then again in March when I went back over to visit and I would stay here again and again.
