Stayed there for 4 nights and the place is depressing as soon as you walk in, weird smells masked by lot of air fresheners. We'll be going back next year. The Admiral Guest House is friendly, warm and clean. The breakfasts’ are amazing and it's close enough to the castle and the centre of Lincoln to be convenient. Nikki, the proprieties is very lovely and friendly. I would recommend the Admiral to anybody going to Lincoln.

The room was tiny and being only 5 ft tall even I had to watch out for hitting head on tv etc the en-suite was tiny your knees hit the door when you were on the toilet, there was a large chair which either blocked the wardrobe and drawers or blocked the rest of the room, the wallpaper was coming... Our Third visit and we were pleased that the standards had not gone down a very warm, comfortable, clean and welcoming Guest house, our room was called the admiral and it had a charm of its own,the breakfast was very good and we arrived as old guests and left as friend we will certainly be going back

Stayed here for four nights while visiting family and getting to know the city ,a lovely homely feel with great host's Nikki made us feel very welcome and showed us to our room on the first floor which was lovely,tea ,coffee, hair dryer and a tv and a very comfortable bed, very clean and fresh what more could you want... I spent a week at the admiral and had a very good week the owners Nikki And Andrew were very good hosts. food was excellant the break fast was fantastic i would highly recommend the admiral guest house in lincoln to anybody visiting the city only a few minutes away from city centre.
