Although the bedrooms were clean the pillows were very lumpy (thank goodness we had spares in the car as we were staying at a friends the next night and needed to take our own linen!) Great place to base yourself for a few nights in Lincoln. This is a B&B Guest House, so no Restaurant, Bar or other facilities of a large Hotel, just good, comfortable en-suite rooms in a good location on the edge of Town but still not far from the Railway Station, Pubs, Restaurants and the centre of Town ... I stayed in the Tennyson twice for 2 nights and again for 1 night when in Lincoln on business. £40 for a single room was very reasonable. Both rooms were very spacious and very clean.
