Quiet location within walking distance of the cathedral castle and old town. Good size rooms, excellent breakfast, onsite parking. Stephen, the delightful host, made our stay very enjoyable. more

Had a lovely stay here, really can't fault it! Our room was beautiful (the blue room, #3), even if it was smaller than the purple room that our friends' stayed in, this was still my favourite! :-) Lovely decor and view over the pretty garden. This B&B was great! - 5/10 min walk to the city - lovely decorated bedrooms - very clean and tidy - sky tv - books to read in the room - the host was great, he even booked a taxi for us! - breakfast was delicious!! - great value ...What more can I say!??! 5/5! We recently attended a wedding in Lincoln and stayed overnight at Orchard House. Very clean, tidy and modern B&B. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good. You can easily walk into Lincoln as it is only a 5 minute walk away from the Cathedral. I can highly recommend this B&B. more

what a lovely stay - the B& B is nice and clean - with some good touches (books and extra channels on your telly!) - but the lincolnshire breakfast - and the kindness of the host made my visit! more
