I travel extensively around the uk on business and I can honestly say that The Creston Villa is the only place where I stay, that feels like home and where I look forward to seeing my friends every time I visit...not just Iain and Anna but their faithful acolytes in the garden, Gnomio and Juliet...

Once again Iain and Anna made us feel as one of the family. The selection of breakfasts is wide and the fact that dining and cooking is open plan,means they can chat as they 'serve and cook' making it a homely atmosphere. Nothing seems too much trouble for them. I love it!!

We love Lincoln and have visited several times in the last few years. We have always stayed at Creston Villa, finding it first class value for money. The rooms are elegantly decorated, very clean and comfortable, and breakfasts excellent. Anna and Iain are wonderful hosts, very welcoming and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them.

This was easily one of the best guest houses I have stayed in - comfortable, welcoming and reasonable. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable and the breakfast wonderful. Lots of 'little touches' and a lovely personal touch from both Iain and Anna. Will definitely stay there next time I visit Lincoln.
