I stayed here for 1 night with a group of girls as we went to Liverpool for a night out. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room nice and clean and decent size. The only downfall was that we stayed on the top floor and the windows were on the roof but had no curtains or blind so there was a... More

We stayed there for one night and the requirements of our party had not even been recorded. The receptionist on duty tried to get us to take rooms that were not acceptable and initially made out that it would be too much hassle to swap things around. However I persuaded her to make the effort and she managed to find... More

Nice accommodation but a little tight if staying more than a single night. Staff a very pleasant and accommodating. Very clean and tidy but you may want to turn heating off on arrival. More

I found it difficult to find a hotel in Liverpool who could cater for 5 persons in one room or suite. Found this on the web and booked it on the basis of 4 star rating and room example shown. It is located in a run down area but is convenient to the Airport and Anfield Stadium. You can get... More

We booked this hotel last minute, and thought that it looked good from the photos. We had picked the hotel as there was parking available, however, we wished we had gone to another hotel and paid for parking. The hotel is located in a run down area, and is definitely not to the standard of other 4* hotels we've stayed... More

Stayed last night, picked as convenient for going to Liverpool match as you can leave your car at the hotel. It is a 5 minute taxi ride from Anfield (cost £3 !) and walkable in about 25 minutes. Staff extremely pleasant and we were made to feel very welcome. Rooms excellent value. This is an old building so has great... More

Parking on site which was good and managed to park out by our room.We walked into the city centre that evening which was about a 45 minute walk and got a taxi back which was about £7. Coming back to our room,... More

Turning into the road we were faced with derelict properties and directly across the road from the hotel itself is a fight club that houses cage fighting. Expectations were low ! However as soon as we walked through the door that was all left behind. The staff were excellent, there is a comfortable bar area and the two lounges were... More

I thought that Beech Mount was great. The room was spacious, nice bathroom, bed a little lumpy, but no one could complain about the breakfasts and all the staff were always helpful and smiling. 10 minute bus ride to the centre, and buses run around every 5 minutes. A one day bus pass costs £3.40 - well worth buying since... More

This Hotel looks great on the Web page, so couldn't believe our disppointment when me and my husband arrived there for a two night stay. Our room was small and cramped, with a huge chest of drawers, large wardrobe and a nest of tables with a horrible bottle fridge stuck on the top. The bathroom door looked as if someone... More
