We booked through last minute.com a contemporary apartment in the city centre. On arrival, the office looks like it has been part of a raid or burglary with random furniture and boxes stacked all over the place, anyway, the staff were pleasant enough and informed us that we had been upgraded. We were taken through an apartment block to a detached property that had builders rubbish outside but first impressions were pretty good. We had asked for a property that slept 4. It had a large lounge with round bed in, 50" flat screen tv, sofas and table, a separate double bedroom and another on a mezzanine floor overlooking the main lounge. The bathroom and kitchen looked contemporary .......however......the tv didnt work and after 5 phone calls to random people and them promising someone would come out, they gave up and said there was nothing they could do. The main bedroom was freezing as the heating didnt work in it. The kitchen was really poorly equipped with a broken cooker, 4 spoons... more
