I can't believe how little we paid for this bang in the centre hotel in Liverpool. £60 a night with breakfast on a special winter deal. We did have to change bedrooms once as they put us in a room with a noisy fan outside (Liverpool or Everton? I don't know. ;) ) I think management should avoid this room... More

This boutique hotel sits just a few yards from Liverpool One shopping centre & a couple of hundred yards from the Albert Dock complex. Perfect for a sight seeing tourist. We booked a Groupon deal for just one night and were very pleased with our room. It was small but adequately proportioned, scrupulously clean & had nice touches such as... More

This is a beautiful hotel, the only drawback is no bar facilities, but we'll get over that! :D Spotlessly clean and the best shower I've ever had in my life. The staff were lovely, especially the night porter/receptionist was an absolute gentleman! I would highly recomend this hotel apart from wht I said above it's central to everything. 5min walk... I stayed at this hotel for one night whilst on a business trip. Check-in was quick and the receptionist very friendly, was given a free upgrade to a plush room (not sure what the difference was as this was my first time at the hotel). Room was very nice, decorated well and finished to a high standard. In-room internet is... More

Stayed for one night in a twin 'plush' room having taken advantage of their winter deal, £60 with room upgrade & continental breakfast. Lovely hotel in convenient location. Huge disabled acces bathroom (room 110). Lovely breakfast in Nobel House, can recommend the sausage & egg toastie. Nice & clean, good location. Only small niggles would be the constant noise from... Stayed for one Friday night. Hotel is in a great location and the rooms are good. Booking was for a 'Super deluxe room' and I paid an extra £20.00 for an additional room upgrade. In my opinion this was a standard room and when I asked reception about the upgrade they said you get a bottle of water(small) and a... More

The Heywood House is very centrally located, rooms are clean, large and well furnished with every modern convenience. Staff were friendly and helpful. On the ground floor there is a great cocktail bar/ restaurant (Noble House) with access directly from the hotel's reception area. We ate breakfast there and it was one of the best ever. We were only disappointed... More

My boyfriend and I stayed at the Heywood house hotel on the 12th February. When we arrived, the receptionist was very welcoming and helpful with times of breakfast and the local area. One of the first things I noticed was that the hotel was well maintained and very clean. We booked a superior room as it was on offer on... More

Located in the centre of the pub restaurant scene and with good service. Bit noisy from nearby boilers and compressors but they are doing something about it. More
