Fantastic customer service. Michelle on front desk. Thank you. Brilliant .we had a great one nights stay but the TV wasn't working and couldn't be fixed.too late to move to another room. We mentioned it on checking out and Michelle offered us 2 complimentary breakfasts as compensation. Wonderful!. Then dining room manager was equally only too pleased to help etc. We had a great all you can eat breakfast . Filled us up for the journey back home .Lovely to see people happy in their jobs. Some hotels when you raise issues just shrug their shoulders "ok we'll take that on board" - but no action or recompense. Not here .thank you . Holiday Inn you were wonderful. Liverpool we will be back lovely city. Fantastic friendly people .Holiday inn.youre the best .thank you .

If only all hotels were like this! Went on a special offer, two nights bed breakfast and three course evening meal. Superb welcome and every member of staff was friendly, efficient and just genuinely lovely. The rooms were spacious and clean, the breakfast had the best choice, including made to order omelettes. Only slight criticism is the the restaurant is large and open and lacked a bit of atmosphere and warmth in the evening. Will return asap.

Stayed here for first time in many years Staff are really friendly and project very positive impression of Liverpool We’re happy to keep our bag as we were too early to check in Room was clean and modern My only criticism concerns the very poor diluted juice at breakfast which was otherwise excellent I lived in Liverpool for many years and it was a pleasure to revisit and stay in this excellent hotel

I stayed at this hotel for business from Monday to Friday. Its location is ideal opposite Liverpool Lime Street station. Check in was painless , my room was clean and comfortable and the facilities and staff dealing with the conference rooms were both professional and easygoing. Jess deserves a special mention in her handing of making everything tick over. The staff in the dinning area were all very friendly and easy to talk to without the disingenuous nature of some hotels where you feel they are only saying things to tick a hospitality box. Kathy was outstanding and on my opinion a real asset to the hotel. She was very approachable and really loved Liverpool telling me of places to visit and sharing the fact that a 24hr transportation ticket for Liverpool can be purchased for a mere £6.00. I loved the city and plan to revisit for a weekend break and there is no doubt in my mind which hotel I will be staying at.

The perfect location, right outside of Liverpool Lime Street station. 5 minute walk down to the local area, shops etc. 10 minute walk down to the Albert Docks. Our room was ready when we arrived at around 11am so the lovely lady at the desk let us have the keys. Our room was lovely with a stunning view looking over Liverpool skyline. Beds were comfy, big towels provided and all the facilities you would need for a short stay. The ONLY complaint I had was our room was so warm. It was difficult to sleep during the night because of this. Thank goodness the window opened slightly. We couldn’t seem to control the a/c ourselves.

We’ve just stayed at this hotel and we chose it as it was just outside Liverpool lime street train station which was perfect ! Room wasn’t ready as we were early so our case was put in the holding room and we went for a walk round. Hotel room was lovely, nice towels, flannels, soap/shower gels etc. there was an iron/ironing board and hair dryer. Our 1st night and it was very cold in room so reception guy checked id set it right. We went out for food but on return it was still cold so we were given a small heater which wasn’t very good but was better than nothing. The following morning I called reception who got maintenance guy to have a look and he said it needed fixing, would be noisy job and take an hour or so. We were told they could move us so that’s what we did and they gave us complimentary drink voucher for the bar. This room was lovely and warm so we were happy. Breakfast was one of the nicest we’ve had. The buffet was fabulous with quality food which was replenished all the time. The choice of food was great ! The staff we spoke to were all very nice and welcoming. Id reccomend this hotel to anyone who’s visiting Liverpool !

I stayed here for 2 nights on a business trip. Check in was very quick and efficient and friendly. The room was great for a short stay with plenty of space, wardrobe, desk, TV, good free WiFi, comfy bed, plenty of pillows, good curtains that blocked out the light, nice bathroom with good quality shampoo, shower gel and soap. I had the breakfast included which was very good. Buffet with everything you could think of. Lovely sausages and nice to have hash browns as well. Also had good quality sliced bread as well as a really good fresh loaf you could cut yourself. Friendly staff bringing tea and coffee, and plenty of available tables. My company had hired one of the meeting rooms which worked out really well. There was plenty of water, tea and coffee in the room (refreshed a few times during the day) and they brought pastries in the morning, packets of biscuits during the day, and then freshly baked cookies in the afternoon. They gave us lunch in the restaurant which consisted of sandwiches and freshly cooked chips. Everything seemed very well organised and all the staff were excellent. The hotel is just across the road from Liverpool Lime Street station and close to the hundreds of bars, restaurants and shops in town. Would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend using their business services as well.

We stayed Friday-Sunday to beat away the January blues and found it to be a really good hotel. Top levels of cleanliness everywhere, lovely friendly staff. A special mention to Kathy in the restaurant who was just so kind and helpful in making sure everyone had everything they needed, she has a great personally and really stood out this weekend. The location is perfect too for the Albert Dock and the rest of the shopping areas. Lime St Station is directly opposite but we chose to drive as we weren’t going straight home. Parking is only £6 per 24 hours in an adjacent carpark. Just a perfect all-rounder!

The location does not get better than this hotel. Smack bang in the middle of Liverpool city centre and walking distance to everywhere. This place was perfect for our family of 4 to explore all the sites and attractions on foot. Christmas markets, Liverpool wheel, china town, mersey river, everything is only minutes away. The room was very spacious, clean and just what we needed for our stay. Breakfast was ample with plenty of variety for the kids and a nice space to relax and take it easy in the morning. We were fortunate that the manager let us park our car in front of the hotel as there was no coaches arriving and our van was over 2m. The bar area was a great place for mum and dad to tag team, unwind and get work done whilst the kids slept. Highly recommend this place for location, staff - who are very friendly and made our stay so much better, facilities available and the price which is more then reasonable for where the hotel is located.
