We arrived in the afternoon and parked the car in the hotel car park, although it was nearly full we found a space. The reception staff were friendly and check... more

I travelled to Liverpool for a football match. Great rate from Octopus travel / Aer Arann. Comfortable room, nice staff but breakfast was a bit dodgy. Maybe book room only and eat elsewhere. In a great location near Lime St. station and city centre. more

My wife and I spent 3 nights in this fantastic hotel. staff were always friendly and helpful and food was great especially the breakfast. Great location only a short walk to all the good spots Liverpool has to offer. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and am going back again in February. more

I stayed at this hotel with my husband on 20/11/09 as I was going to the Liverpool Empire with my friend to see Will Young (who was fab). We arrived at 2pm and managed to find a space in the hotel’s crammed car park and went to check in. I was expecting the hotel to look like a ship in... more

Located just next to Lime St Rail station, where a line of cabs are always waiting made this hotel our choice. We also took the Super Sailaway promotion which included dinner for one night and one afternoon tea. Dinner was an ok selection with huge portions (and house wine was quite bad I must say), while the afternoon tea was... more

Stayed on Saturday night. Left bag before checking-in to do some shopping and again on Sunday morning/afternoon. Room was fine. Room service food was delivered when stated and was very good. Self-service breakfast was good. Bit noisy, yes, but i did choose a hotel on a Saturday night in a big city, 30 seconds walk from a major rail terminus!... more
