First Impressions was area was a bit rough. Hotel looked a bit run down from the outside. Don't be put off. Staff welcoming and organised and very helpful. Kitchen and lounge are fab, Home from home. The hotel was ok, but a bit 'dodgy'. It was a nice, big house but there was no reception area or receptionist, as you would expect.
