We stayed here for one night for a night out in Liverpool. Good decent central location and good price. Parking opposite. Breakfast was served in the morning which was toast and tea/coffee. Room was modern and clean and quiet. Overall recommendable! more

Booked into this hotel for a business trip. Was offered a cell to start with, complained and was given a double room instead. Luckily did not need to spend more than one night, or long in room. Felt a bit 'dodgy', although expect safe enough, not recommend for lone female travellers without nerves of steel. more

I was impressed with the Lord Nelson as the room was £45 I didn't expect a room so nice. Couldn't complain really, it's beside the train station, the staff are helpfull and there is a nice bar/ lounge area to relax and have a drink before hitting the town. Would stay here again. more
