The Dolby is conveniently located for what we needed it for. It was reasonably cheap for £50 a night for a triple room. Minimalistic bathroom, friendly receptionist, long walk to the real center and Albert Dock. BAd luck with noisy guests - at 3 am very noisy, good breakfast for 5 pounds extra. more
