Stayed here for a girls weekend away to Liverpool. The place is very clean. The staff are really nice. Bar prices are very reasonable. We had lunch and breakfast there which was good for the money. The evening menu was good and the food looked lovely and there was quite a few people eating in. The location isn't to far... More

Staff polite, pleasant and helpful. Hotel spotless light and airy in an excellent location (10 mins walk to Liverpool One). My wife and I had a full english breakfast with limitless tea or coffee all very well presented and enjoyable, the dining room overlooking Queens dock. Free parking a bonus. The room was clean and nicely decorated albeit rather small.... More

We stayed in the Hotel for 3 nights on valentines weekend, and was very happy with everything during the weekend. The staff were very friendly and helpful and always out to make sure everything is ok during your stay. A little brisk walk down the docks and your in the city, with all your needs catered for, which meant my... More

We stayed in the Dolby Hotel for 3 nights on a trip over from Ireland, we arrived early and were greeted by a very friendly male receptionist who couldnt do enough for us.. The rooms were small and compact but had all the basic needs. All members of staff we dealt with were very very friendly and were only happy... More

Stayed at the Dolby for 1 night on a business trip. The room was uncomefortable and pokey. The bathroom and shower were a joke. Small and very uncomefortable. The receptionist that checked me in was unfriendly. She also forgot to give me a car parking ticket for my dash. The other two receptionists were very helpful and freindly. You could... More

I went on a long weekend visit with two friends to see Liverpool for the first time. The hotel is in a good position, within walking distance of the main tourist attractions, shopping centre and restaurants and I was thrilled to have a ground floor double room with a wonderful view over the dock. The room was clean, comfortable and... More

I have just returned from a two night stay on business. This hotel is good value for money and has everything you need, especially if your on a budget. I was surprised that I had a large room as I have read in previous reviews that the rooms are quite small. The food and drink was good value. Very friendly... More

The price was nice which is why I chose this hotel. The reception and breakfast area was nice. Hotel room was average, bed average, bathroom was below average. It was like they just took a cruise ship bathroom and put it in the room. It was tiny and taking a normal shower was impossible. More
