Well I paid £39 for a room for 1 night for me and my son, the room itself was clean enough but a little tired and we were given a double room, I'd asked for a twin but hey ho. The bathroom was similar to that of a caravan, very compact. Only 2 hand towels were provided which i didn't... More

I have now stayed here three times over the last two months, each time for 1-2 nights. It's great to find a budget hotel in such a prime location, right opposite Albert Dock (including the Tate Gallery and the Maritime Museum) and near the new Museum of Liverpool - as well as being very close to 'Liverpool One' for shopping... We only paid £39 for our room on a Thursday night so weren't really expecting much, We were pleasantly surprised and found our room to be clean and containing everything you would expect - tea & coffee making stuff and tv. There was a spare pillow in the wardrobe which was useful (not having to request it from reception). The... More

I stayed here for one mid-week night after attending a game at Anfield, Check-in was quick and painless. Due to a problem with the weather, strangely, normal TV channels were not available so I was given free access to all the TV channels and the on-screen Internet, which was an unexpected bonus. The room was fairly small yet clean and... More

This hotel is in an ideal location for shopping in Liverpool. John Lewis being no more than five minutes walk away. The rooms are nice, very clean and well appointed. The thing that impressed me most about this hotel was the helpfulness of the staff. When we checked in we asked if we could order a meal to eat inour... More

I was not expecting a top quality hotel for the price I paid but it was excellent value nonetheless and served it's purpose. I was attending a dinner in Liverpool and just wanted somewhere reasonable and clean to sleep overnight. Handy for the city centre and particularly handy for Albert Dock area. Wopuld use again if necessary. More

The Ibis is a clean, comfortable, hotel and we have stayed here before. You know what you’re getting when you book into Ibis anywhere. The staff in this hotel are particularly friendly. Do beware though of the parking charges of £3 per day – we didn’t know until we were told by the receptionist at check-in. It wasn’t the end... More
