We stayed in this apartment for 2 nights in October. It was about a ten minute stroll from the city centre and had a local shop nearby, public transport right outside. We stayed in an apt. for 6 people, 2 twin (one ensuite) and 1 double bed/couch in the living room. The beds were really comfy and there was plenty of bedding etc. The en-suite had the shower in and there was a bath in the other huge bathroom.

Sue, the agent, left a welcome pack, there was milk, bread and a bottle of wine left in the fridge which was a really nice touch.

We'd corresponded with the agents for it over a couple of weeks and when we were overcharged by accident we were reimbursed immediately and given extra to cover any bank charges which was a first in my experience! They were really nice, friendly and helpful to deal with.
