We stayed 3 nights in May 2009, had a room on the top floor (actually there's only the ground floor and the 1st floor). Nice big room, clean, nicely decorated and well equipped. Bathroom also very good with modern big shower (no bath) with good water pressure. One morning there was no hot water but a quick call (dial 0... more

I needed a Liverpool Hotel booked at short notice for a business trip - not knowing it was the Grand National Weekend. The usual Travelodge/Premier Inn hotels were fully booked so I managed to get a two night B&B stay for a not-bad £156 - good considering the scarity of rooms in Liverpool. The hotel is a typical Innkeepers Lodge... more

I have stayed in this lodge a few times, and not without various problems. Previous problems have included cleaners letting themselves into our room before we'd checked out, Having a bathroom stinking of cigarette smoke, and waiting an age to check in on arrival. On the last occasion, we waited in excess of 15 minutes to check in (simply because... more

The hotel itself is always clean and we have never had any problems with noise even though there is a school behind and a main road to the front. The... more

Stayed here a few times now for games at Anfield. I stay here when I take my 7year old son to games as its such good value for money. Out of town a bit so not really good if you're with the lads & want a night out in the city afterwards. Not the end of the world though. About... more

The Innkeeper's Lodge is situated next to Stoneycroft Toby Carvery, on the Queen's Drive dual carriageway just north of the crossroads at Old Swan (A57). Buses 8, 9 and 10 run from Liverpool every few minutes during Mon-Sat daytime and at least every 15 mins in evenings and Sundays, journey time is between 20-30 mins depending on how busy the... more
