There is everything wrong with this hotel, the blanked was very, very dirty when I came, and there are no elevators. The stairs are steep, dirty, bad-smelling and dangerous. Rooms are very small, en-suite facilities are smaller than in a camper and dirty, staff ist very unfriendly. 2 of 3 PCs in their 'mini buisness center' did not work as well as the TV in the room. Absolute unfriendly service, toilett brown(sh...!!!), room was never cleand. Shower and toilett in a motorhome are bigger. Carpet dirty and stinky! I visited the hotel before and now and it has changed, it has recently been fully refurbished (see my photos) and the location and price and facilities is excellent.
