You WILL NOT find anywhere else within 20 mins of the City at this price, nevermind the quality. I'll be coming back time and time again. Staff are eccentric, and absolutely brilliant. I'm fussy, but can't really mark it under 5 in any category - 6 for value for money.

Balham Lodge is a recently refurbished Edwardian end terrace house offering unpretentiously good value for money accommodation. Off-road parking facilities are available.
