My friend and I stayed on Sat 8th June for one night in room 110 (which had an outside courtyard - perfect as we smoke) and it was fantastic!! We arranged a late check out at 1pm with no trouble at all, staff were very friendly and helpful. Well worth the money. I will definitely be back.

This was our second stay at Ten Manchester. The hotel was very cooperative in adjusting a reservation when our plans changed. Overall enjoyable stay....had booked in December then received email two days before arriving telling us the hotel was overbooked and they had a new hotel for us. Pleasant afternoon tea in a pleasant hotel, unfortunately with some VERY RUDE staff. A lack of internal communication with our booking meant we were almost turned away. Visited the hotel and stopped in grande suite. was amazing the room was spacious and the well maintained. Toally recommend the suite option. Staff were very friendly and service was prompt and of a high standard. Special credit going out to Diego! His cocktail skills are excellent i can only thank him for his service through out the stay.

We booked and paid for the hotel in January, so were a bit miffed to be told that the room was unavailable due to a technical error.
