The shaftesbury was excellent. Excellent location and excellent customer service. Only thing was the air conditioning unit took a while to start working. Other than that myself and my girlfriend had a very very good experience. Would definitely recommend. More

Really nice hotel, Staff welcomed me efficiently soon as I arrived. I accidentally injured myself prior arriving and the staff looked after me. I felt very comfortable and would highly recommend this hotel. More

I checked in late in the evening, The lobby was very busy, however my chk in was smooth with the help of a Lady Manager,the room which i stayed in was very clean, the porter also was very welcoming. We stayed in here for 3 nights whilst having a mini break, originally booked into Notting hill branch but due to renovations we were moved to here. Actually when its busy the manager "Aparna" if i'm not mistaken and the other senior staff Gudpreeth are not helpful at all. They just sitting in the back office and telling the inexperience staff to handle when their is a long queue till... More
