Good location but apartment bedrooms were small. Three of us stayed in a two bedroom, two bath in April 2013. It took us a while to figure out how to unlock the door. Staff was extremely helpful. Everything was very clean and modern. Our biggest problem was with the washer/dryer. Even though we repeatedly read the handbook, it took a... More

Me and my friend stayed at Think Earls Court for three nights in may 2013. When we checked in we asked for a quiet room and we got room no. 735 on the fifth floor. It was an open-plan twin bed room which had everything that you could need during your stay. A little kitchen with enough crockery and cutlery,... More

I stayed here one night while I attended an event at Olyimpia, I was greeted with a smile from the receiptionist with confirmation I was to be upgraded to a larger room 303. It was a modern, contempory, clean, comfortable and well equipped...not sure I liked the auto light switches that come on and off as I walked by but... More

My fiancé and I stayed at Think Earl's Court May 2013 for 10 days. The room itself was really nice and clean. It had everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Our suite had a small kitchen which included a stove-top, toaster oven, kettle, washer/dryer, dish washer and sink. The beds were very comfortable and soft bedding. The... More

We were doing a fair last week and needed somewhere to stay for the duration. I booked this, thinking that it was a hotel when in fact this is an apartment. In view of the price, I certainly did not realise that the room would not be serviced daily. I only found out when coming back to my room in... More

We paid US$ 405 per night and had to empty our own trash and pay $7.60 a day for clean towels. BIG RIPE OFF. Noisy street next to the British version of Walmart. 30 minutes walk to a train. Don't even THINK about it!!!!

My sister and I stayed here April 2013. We were really happy with the accommodation. The room was clean, well equipped and spacious for the price we payed. Staff were great with providing directions, calling taxis, printing boarding passes etc. Wifi was great and had a lift. As a 19 and 22 year old, safety was important and staying here... More

I had a problem with the electricity switch next to my bed. They could not do anything in 5 days and when I was leaving they said 'Maybe we could have given you another room'. Management is impossible to reach so the staff is arrogant and they don't really care about the customers. Location of the hotel is good. But... More

Despite working in the travel industry for more years than I would care to mention, this was my first experience of the property and I have to say it was a really comfortable and pleasant stay. Although West Ken has become a very busy and vibrant area of London, the venue was very tranquil. Very accessible to both West Brompton,... More
