The reservation process was flawless, and the location a pleasant surprise - just minutes from the Piccadilly Tube in Earl's Court which provides direct service to Heathrow, and to Leister Square for the theatre district. Staff friendly and accommodating, rooms clean and comfortable. Will most certainly return when next in London.

Hubby and I stayed two nights here, Lovely hotel, good situation, near Earls Court Tube, Friendly helpful staff, spotless rooms with comfy beds, free wifi, everything worked rooms very quiet so good nights sleep had by all, We are going to two more Best Western hotels later this year, just hoping they are as good as this one,would recommend.

Paid £110 for a single room, booked well in advance. Spend 5 days here and could very happily spent the same again. Although the room was compact it had everything you could need, iPod doc, ethanet port, wifi, TV with lots of channels, lots of sockets. Good location and friendly staff, nice room, less than two minutes from tube, stayed at the best western over the road and had to pay congestion charge this one 3 mins walkis not in the zone. Would stay again.
