we stayed here in December 2012, i ask for an apartment with high ceilings and a balcony, and they put me in 107, it was on the the first floor. there was plenty of shops, restaurants, casinos, and ice rink, and pubs around. i will come again and again.

The gentlemen at the reception are all very nice. The apartment is with very good location. A few mins walk to Bayswater and Queensway tube. I stayed recently for one night with my girlfriend. We we going to watch the rugby. The apartments are fantastic. Great value compared to similar hotels. Can not wait to visit again. I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent time at Princes Square Apartments, great location, close to tube station, and great restaurants and lots of shops. The staff were absolutely excellent. Short walk to Kensington Palace and Hyde Park. Definitely stay there again in future.

Spacious, very clean and comfortable studio apartment. Good sized shower, bath and toilet, the welcome, cleanliness and quality of service was exceptional. The location was perfect for me, being close to Bayswater and Hyde Park. Great value, will definitely stay there again on my next trip to London.
