Great hostel, lots to do, great entertaining area, good location, near hide park and Abby Road, clean rooms, fun bar underneath and friendly staff, Scott is a champ, friendly and helpful! i definitely recommend this place, best in London.

This hostel exceeded my expectations, rooms were nice and staff were very helpful. In particular Scott was very helpful in assisting me to contact my bank due to card troubles. Staff were very friendly and sociable.

Stayed in this hostel along with 13 other lads for a stag do. Can't fault the place at all - very clean, tidy and cheap. Location is very handy as well. The phoenix hostel is one of the best places for backpackers to stay it is close to everything there is 3 tube stations in a 2 min walk. The 2 best parks in London are not far to walk to ( Hyde park and regants park). Staff are also great they are quite noligable of the city

I booked Pheonix last minute and showed very late at night to a welcoming, smiling and helpful face.
