“My Favorite in London”

Stayed for a long weekend. as a platinum SPG i was upgraded to a nice jr suite. Serivce second to none. doormen, concierge, butlers, maids and service people all went above and beyond. A very nice Hotel with a great bar / lounge area which we used multiple times. The restaurant for breakfast was sensational and never got to try for dinner. The room was very nice and had a real home feeling. Wife used the spa and was very impressed.

“Excellence in London”

The bar is the best area of the Hotel-and the bartender is world famous. We were somewhat disappointed with the butler service as it seemed to be non-existant, but the room was exquisite, as was the service. Nice, quieter location as well.
