If you happen to get a newer, spacious room, it's a fabulous experience. Excellent reception upon arrival at hotel. Booked through American Express, which included many perks in the package (upgrade, free internet and breakfast). Staff makes you feel home and go to great lengths to make stay enjoyable. Rooms were very quite and comfortable. Bar area is very cozy and conducive for business meetings. Highly recommend this property. More

the best thing about the hotel is for sure the service, especially in london. the staff make you feel "like at home", just as the effort to not make it look too much as an hotel in the public spaces. More
