This was my 5th stay in 36 months. Although service is still much better than in many other places in London, it is unfortunately deteriorating. Service staff in bar and in Eaton meeting room need surely some refresher trainings. Rooms, amenities and ambience of the hotel remain unchanged and charming. I will surely return. more
