This hotel is in a great location, the staff are uniformly helpful, the restaurant is competitive and the room decor is of high quality. With room rates greater than $500/day, I am surprised at a £20 daily internet charge and a £2 charge for 0800 telephone calls. This cheapens the overall impression impression.
