The room was adequate but no more than that. The food was appaling and the atitude of one of the Chefs was poor, in fact he was downright rude! . Good location - right around the corner from Russell Square Underground, as well as the hop-on, hop-off tour buses. Staff was very helpful, especially with booking trips.
