Stayed one night on a Saturday as I was out with friends.
It's called "Waterloo" but is a good 20 minute walk from Waterloo Station. It is right next to Lambeth Palace, which I would have thought sounded better.
Nice room, everything clean and functional, just as it should be. Quiet too, which for its location is really good.

Great hotel in a great location , look out for the deals and snap em up. Staff have been great , our 2 year old was sick in the night , house keeping came straight up with fresh towls etc . A big thanks . We will be rebooking very soon

Rooms are a bit dated but clean. Drainage easily solved by removing plugs! Not anywhere near Waterloo but a nice walk along the river and location isn't bad for the price. The staff were friendly and the food both in the bar and restaurant and at breakfast were excellent. I will stay here again. For the money this is good...

- standard Novotel room, which means large space and good bathroom according to London satandards at least (usually poor !)

Stayed for three nights on a work trip booked by the company.
The location is good for central London but around 15 - 20 mins walk to the nearest tube ( Vauxhall or Lambeth North)
