Citadines is a well known brand of extended stay hotels, if your French. Their rooms come at TWO price points. If you pay in advance a none refundable rate, its affordabe. The location is superb, you can walk to all the central and west London attractions. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are moderately decorated. The kitchens are fully equipped and practical. This hotel website’s room pictures are completely misleading. The hotel pictures on their website looks new vs. the real furniture and room itself is old and filthy. We manage to change our room twice on the fifth floor as we complain to the reception that the 1st room was filthy. However, we soon discover the 2nd room is the same.... more
