Had booked in to Ibis Excel (booking made in February 2009).Arrived for stay on 18th September 2009 only to find our room had been double booked!!!! For the money you pay there are many far better hotels. The matress was about 1cm thick, the bathroom was like a portaloo attached to the room. I've stayed in cheaper places and had much better room & service. If i could rate this hotel as a minus i would!! more
