Location is the seller here, just outside Euston station, very handy. Rooms are small, but ok - service was OK. Would stay again.

I checked in after 11pm to this hotel and my head office had made the booking and paid for it.
The check in desk insisted I pay when the booking on their documentation clearly stated it had already been settled.
After lots of coming and going with wispering in the back room it was stated that the company card had...

Paid £90.00 inc continental breakfast which was ok, plenty of choice & self service.
Fantastic location 2 mins walk from Euston, tube station opposite.
Easy checkin - arrived at 2pm and rooms were cleaned and ready, nice polite girl on reception
Traffic noise wasn't as bad as I expected for central London, 4th floor room.
Very small room though with...

I stayed at this hotel for five nights. The location is good if you plan to hang out in central London, with buses and tube nearby. The entrance of Euston Square station is actually just a few steps from the hotel.
The staff was helpful and they served a nice breakfast buffet
The room was small, but had what I...

We choose this place because of the convenience and wifi. The hotel is convenient, but the wifi is very flaky.
Even when we arrived the receptionist advised us wifi was difficult to connect to in our room when there were many users because the signal would be loaded down. It is a rubbish explanation - that's not how wifi works....

surly reception, ground floor disabled room by reception for an able-bodied traveller at 10.30 pm at night (too tired to say - "why?'), the smell of carpet freshener so strong it made my eyes water, cold - no additional heating or blankets, edges of the room dirty, bed hard and, when i made a cup of tea in effort to...

I did an overnight stay at Euston Square in early January 2012.
It was a very cold night and the hotel was warm and comfortable. The room was small as you would expect in London but perfectly adequate. It was clean and well fitted as was the shower room. Bed was too firm for me but that is a question...

I stayed here because it was close to the train station and it had wifi. First, my key didn't work. The next morning I woke to no hot water, then they "fixed" it and I had scalding water I couldn't shower in. The wifi went in and out and the hair dryer wouldn't work. The room was tiny and dirty...

Stayed in Room 107 which appears to be larger than other doubles in this hotel - downside was it overlooked the main road and hospital (noisy) Advice - avoid rooms near the stairs/lift/firedoors i.e 114/115 as they must be incredibly noisy with lots of people coming and going. Continental Breakfast had a good choice and for extra price Full English...

I stay here for 5 nights.
Only plus of this hotel is location, just around the corner from Euston Square station.
And 10 minutes’ walk to Britain Museum. Initially I got room that wasn’t ready. I come down and they switch me to different room. Room itself is ridiculously small. I had two pieces of luggage with me and was...
