“Excellent All-round service”

Very warm and attentive welcome on arrival. Room was spacious and extremely comfortable with well appointed bathroom and superb shower. The Pullman was an excellent stopover before getting Eurostar next morning and made a great start to the holiday

“Great hotel let down by small breakfast area”

The rooms are cleverly designed, new and clean. Great front desk staff, all friendly. Breakfast let us down - Saturday there was a 20 minute queue into an area which appeared to be designed too small for the number of guests. “Pullman stay”

It was fantastic, the staff were so polite and the food was great. The room was clean and the bed was kingsize and comfy. The bathroom was lovely too. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to stay close to the centre of london.

“Ok on business short stay”

Just arrived to find a very average room but reasonably clean. TV not working and basically a box in grey. Functional but little else. Just having a dorman does not make a hotel The Ritz . Cheap and cheerful for London.

“Good place for meeting”

Went there for a medical meeting recently. Seems to have been recently refurbished. Very nice and clean hotel and the service seems to be good. Good location too. Shaw lecture theatre is ideal for lectures.
