shabby, noisy, horrible carpets, small rooms, you can hardly move in them. Horrible bath room with very noisy ventilator. Everything is in need of renovation! Breakfast was terrible: white toast with depressing jam and melt cheese, you put inside a hamburger bun. more

How can this be a 3* hotel? The whole place needs refurbishing. The carpets are threadbare, the single rooms we had were exceptionally small and the shower/toilet room too small for comfort.. When we asked how we could get some hot water in the shower we were told to run the tap on the wash basin for ten minutes first... more

Standard english old style hotel. Good location, near paddinton tube station. No lift, rooms are small and furnishings are old. Basin without. mixer tap. Bed sheets are stained. just enough quality/price. more

This hotel is very well placed for Paddington but that is all it has going for it. It was shabby. The room was very small and the en suite was a cupboard . The lift was broken so we had to carry our cases up 3 flights of stairs .Yes it was cheap but in future we will be paying... more
