I've stayed in this hotel with my 20 years old daughter for a whole week and we think it was flawless: excelent and clean accomodation, nice staff, served by two tube stations - Bayswater (circle and district line) and Queensway (central line) - walking distance to nice places such as Hyde Park and Notting Hill Gate and a fantastic breakfast. This hotel is situated in Bayswater. It is a stone's throw from Bayswater tube station. Very comfortable and when I had trouble getting internet access, the staff at reception just took my laptop and did it for me in 2 minutes! Breakfast was OK but I'm sure they had watered down the fruit juice! More

The Phoenix hotel is set in the lovely bayswater. It is only 500m from the tube station making it perfect to come from heathrow and do your sightseeing. Like many of the reviews already state, this hotel is located in a wonderful location...lots of restaurants, two tube stations walking distance, Kensington and Hyde Park close by.
