service quick and friendly, got the room as asked for 3 adults, was big enough. clean facilities, breakfast good and with varieties, engl.br. surcharge 4BP, but continental sufficient. location excellent for metro and paddington station for Heathrow airport.

I found this hotel to be good located, just a few hundred meters from Paddington station. Also walking distance to Oxford Street. no havy traffic around so you could get a sound sleep.I Have no remarks about the the service.

£97 per night for so called executive room through booking.con. Bed has a bow in the middle luckily I was on my own. Bed linen well wore. Decor looks like something out of the 50s. We arrived back at around 9pm and found the room to be very cold with curtains wafting around due to the poor insulation / fitment of the windows.
