We booked base on the website info/photos - but what a big mistake! Were forced to pay for our entire stay up front straight away - not the usual policy we would expect!? I booked a double room, and unfortunately paid 130 pounds up front. Had I seen the place first, I would never have stayed. The double bed was a camper bed, not even doublebed as I paid for. Not only was the double bed, 2 camp beds pulled together, the threat of neck ache because the TV was on the ceiling, was never a problem as it did not work. Ability to addrress a complaint zero. Sad More

We were attending an exhibition down the road and our Boss booked the hotel based on the photos from the website, big mistake! At £85 a night you would expect the basics at least, but the hotel was dirty, small and lacking the essentials of a hotel. This place is not good. It's in an expensive area, and is relatively cheap, but the walls are mouldy, the bathrooms smell awful of mould - the windows are rotten, the carpets are dirty, the blankets on the bed are soiled, the TVs are from the 1980s, and there's not room to swing a cat.
