We have stayed here three times now, and each time it has been excellent. Yes the rooms are small, but everything is clean, and we have always found the staff to be very helpful and friendly. The reception staff were incredibly helpful and we got a free upgrade for our second night, as our first was in the basement next to the staff canteen! We stayed here for a few days while I was attending a conference. It is in a decent location on a quiet street.
