Great location. The hotel is sytuated in heart of Knightsbridge close to famous Harrods, Harvey Nichols and Hyde Park. Great location next to Harvey Nichols and near Harrods. Convenient with direct tube line from Heathrow airport to Knightsbridge and a very short walk from the tube station to Sheraton Park Tower. Pros: location is second to none, hyde park is just across the street, harrods and other shopping are extremely close, restaurants, tube are all walking distance. Perfect location - 1 block from Harrods, tube, 3 minute walk to Hyde Park. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were not large but had circular windows with lovely view. Disappointed that all the rooms with butlers were smoking. I hope the hotel introduces at least 1 non-smoking butlered room. more
