Me and my children decided to go to London for a few days before going to Paris, to save some money we decided to stay at best western but we were wrong. Not only was it overpriced but the people there were rude. They yelled at us because we were american. They have no elevator and our room was on... More

Most rooms in London are small compared to the US so we expected it,the reason why we booked it was for the location.Down the street from the Earl's Court Station and many eateries on Earl's Court Road and Cromwell Rd.WiFi was good enough for using Skype and the breakfast was good. More

While I read some of the negative reviews before arriving, I made note to be somewhat critical of the hotel when I arrived so I could put a more accurate review. From the very beginning I will say, it was hard to find things unpleasant about this hotel. From the moment we arrived several hours before check-in the experience was... More

Good location for amenities. Single room on 3rd floor was a good size with a good sized bathroom too. Room, linen and towels very clean though net curtains had seen better days. Bed was soft but ok for the one night I stayed. I did not have the breakfast so cannot comment on this but overall a good hotel for... More

Stayed 15/16 December. We went to see "Mama Mia" and the Horse Show at Olympia. Great location near Earls Court Tube. Which means you can get anywhere in central London quickly. Also walked to Chelsea High Street (Sloane Sq)Kensington High Street and Olympia. Public areas and the staff are very good. Our room however was'nt too big with a shower... More

My I start by saying that I have stayed here every December for the weekend for the last 5 years and I am fed up with the bad reviews the hotel gets! The hotel is an old Victorian building and thus must be respected as so. The rooms are clean, comfortable and a reasonable size. The Bathrooms have the expected... More

Stayed here one night on business, the room inc. Breakfast had been booked and prepaid. My booking confirmation clearly said breakfast included in booking, and at the price of over £100 for a single room I would have expected it. However as soon as the rude receptionist deemed to book me in her first words were."no breakfast" despite my protests... More

Okay the location is indeed great. Earl's Court is both zone 1 and zone 2 and it's both cheap and fast to get there from heathrow airport by Piccadilly tube line, or a short walk from the Easybus stop from Getwick. Now, it say its a three star hotel. I booked 5 nights through booking.com with an average rate of... More

I can't believe I have visited London almost twice a year since about ten years whitout ever hearing anything about this hotel. We booked it trough a package deal (something I have never tried before either) and were amazed of the many advantages this hotel presents: It is located 2mins walk from the tube station Earls Court, were you can... From the outside, it looks like an old building, but as soon as you enter the building it looks great as everywhere is tidy, clean and very spacious. I even arrived at the Hotel early and they allowed me to book into the room early, which straight away made me think what good customer service. I had booked a single... More
