Stayed here for 2 nights to use as a base for London. Room up narrow staicase with fire doors to negotiate made luggage carrying difficult-3 flights of steep stairs and no lift! This hotel is too expensive for what you get. They promised us a quiet room - we got one where the windows could not be shut properly and therefore heard the traffic noise all night.
