My wife and I stayed for 3 nights in April 09-every member of staff was so nice and courteous and friendly -couldn't do enough for you. Hotel handy to tube but best part was availabilty of buses-seemed you could go anywhere in london directly by getting on a bus from just outside the door-great hotel!! more
