The hotel is the typical old, elegant hotel in central London. The lobby isn't anything special, as it is rather small and disjointed, but the main ballroom is quite something! For a cost of £355 per night, which was generously paid for by our generous business host, this did not represent good value. The hotel has an excellent location, off the Aldwych, but is slightly tired looking and contains a completely impractical room layout. Also we were unable to check in before 3:30pm. more

Using Hilton Honors award. Large room and bathroom. Executive lounge was probably the best I've seen. Exceptional and attentive staff and on the ball management. Location simply can't be beaten. Walking distance to Covent Gardens, Parliament, Trafalgar Square, St. Paul etc. Won't stay anywhere else in the future. more
