The hotel is in a great location beside covent garden. The service is excellent and rooms of a very good standard. As a business traveller the only problem I has was no free wi fi, for a 5 star hotel this should be standard. Get this right and the hotel is simply perfect. We had an executive level room, wonderful and very spacious. Breakfast was up to a 5 star hotel. Location is one of the most convenient in London, near Covent Garden. However, being in the middle of London entertainment area, the place is very noisy. Room windows were not soundproofed and ou could hear the traffic all night long. more

Actually a good hotel - the only thing is that it is a bit more expensive than it deserves to be (other hotels nearby equally good and cheaper). Having said that, the hotel has a great location. We stayed in the Waldorf Hilton for two days in May 2009. There were four of us, so we were able to compare two rooms. One was considerably bigger than the other, and with a better view.
