I have made several trips to Londaon and always stay at the Millennium. Excellent staff - always very helpful and friendly Hoel is quiet but rooms are in need of refurbishment, they look tired! I always take my own hairdryer as one supplied is poor. Location is fantastic for museums, Harrods, Harvey Nicks and Sloane square. Quickest transport is by... more

To me this hotel is the upper end of four star, both in my review and in its status. The rooms, while small, are well-appointed and if there's anything you're missing the staff cannot do enough for you. Breakfast is pleasant and unhurried; the business centre staff are excellent. And of course there's the top-notch location. The only thing letting... more

Thank you for reviewing our hotel. I am delighted to see that our service and location were to expectation. It’s pleasing to read and be able to share with the team. But I’m very sorry that some of our pricing was found to be aggressive. We know Knightsbridge is an expensive area in which to eat and drink and so...

We visited this hotel for an extended stay after Christmas. From the front desk to housekeeping the staff was delightfully courteous, professional and graciously attendant. Their gem of a concierge accomplished extraordinary feats of last minute bookings into tea at the Ritz, center stage seats at popular West End plays as well as a private van service to Heathrow instead... more

Stayed here for two nights and it's a nice and simple hotel. The continental breakfast spread was good and the room was clean. The room was a little warm though, the time being the end of November. The staff were very helpful and they had no problems holding on to our luggage when the room wasn't ready for checkin and... more

I stayed at room no. 239 for 5 nights. the location of the hotel is great nearby Harrods stores, Knightsbridge subway station, Hydepark and other magnificient London attraction. The room which is stayed in was lacking the safety deposit box which is against their website published ammenities. Furthermore, as per the hotel policy the check out time is 12 pm... more

Thank you for writing a review of our hotel. Certainly all rooms should have a deposit box and our Reception desk has space for safe custody of larger items. I will be sure to check that the room is OK. I am glad you liked our good location so do let me know if you plan to return to our...

Was given room 202. The room itself, for a central London hotel was very good. Unfortunately our room was on a level with a large expanse of flat roof, which in turn housed the extractor fans. Some were cutting in and out especially in the early hours. Then again a day in London is exhausting so personally I got used... more

Overall the experience of staying here was OK, but the air conditioning didn't work, meaning that our room was too hot. I'm always amazed too, when 4 star hotels do not have basics like an iron and ironing board in the room - just a corby trouser press! In fairness, these were delivered promptly on request. The property itself is... more

This hotel sits in an outstanding location (walk to Hyde Park, V&A, West End, Sloane Square and other highlights). The rates are competitive and the food is outstanding- breakfast offers a comprehensive array and MU Restaurant is most innovative in terms of tapas across a broad spectrum. Chef Knight (?) deserves wide recognition for his creative flair. more

Overall this was a good stay; I have few complaints. The Knightsbridge Millennium was on a short list of hotels recommended by our London business colleagues. We chose it for price (a good online rate relative to similar hotels) and location (close to work, but also, luckily, a good spot for shopping and sightseeing, too). Like most hotels in Europe... more
