Wonderful ambiance, ample size room in a nice Kensington neighborhood. Extremely convenient to tube (directly across street) with a couple of nice pubs nearby No fitness center was kind of a bummer. Staff was very friendly and helpful More

Stayed for 3 nights from Feb 10. Very good welcome, HUGE twin room. Sockets are badly placed. Minibar fridge is not stocked (by request only). Very clean room and bathroom. Loads of storage. Bed moves at slightest touch so we had to devise a method to stabilise it. Very comfy bed though, room at front of building but very quiet.... More

I arrived at the hotel around 8 p.m., but found that they had moved me down the street to the Millenium Gloucester Road Hotel. Even though the distance was short, I was tired of hauling my luggage around and really just wanted to settle in for the night. The Gloucester Road room was fine, but unremarkable. The one good thing... More

We spent two nights at Bailey's Hotel in November. We choose the hotel for its location near the event we were attending. The hotel staircase looks very impressive, but the rooms have had better times. It gives a taste of a past, maybe too much of a past. One thing that was very strange was a morning wake up knock... We stayed in this hotel for the first night of our london stay and we had to change our hotel the next day. The main problem is related with the room. We stayed in a club room which was most of the time cold. Given the february weather with snow, it was really a challenge to sleep at nigh in... More

Would stay again. Easy access to EVERYTHING.. Museums, shopping, tube (just across the street), shops. Loved the cat in the lobby, very sleeping. Friendly staff. BUT : Very expensive internet... But there's a "Pret" across the street, with free Wifi... Water-pressure... This was kind of special - we were on the 5th floor, and the water pressure was a bit... More

Got booked here for a business meeting, but would not recommend it. Very dated, tatty decor; 20 GBP charge for 1 day of snail speed WiFi; TV doesn't work; doorman watches you carry luggage up front steps; only usable electric outlets require crawling under desk; sink lacks "integrated tap"; glasses not washed; etc., etc. I've seen worse, but this is... Stayed at Bailey's from the 26-29th of December and their Leisure for Longer deal is really good value. It is a wonderful hotel and our stay was an altogether lovely experience. I stayed at the Millenium Mayfair last time I was in London and it was brilliant but Bailey's matched that for me certainly from a service point of view... More

This is one hotel I would stay in again. From the minute we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. The location of the hotel was perfect, right next to a tube station, only 4 stops to Hammersmith and around the same to the main spots in London. Room was very nice with a huge double bed although the... More

We have never stayed here before, this was a treat for my Husbands birthday our main criteria was a London Hotel in a desirable area with on site parking. From the moment we arrived we were made very welcome, I had requested a quite room with a "comfy" bed and this is exactly what we got!! the room was very clean... More
