The hotel was very busy throughout the weekend. Breakfasts can be very challenging in a hotel of this size that was fully booked. However it was managed with total excellence. The location is great for Hyde Park and Oxford Street shopping and for Theatre trips. Don't forget swimming costumes as the pool and sauna are great for a refresher. The restaurant is good value and the nip and tuck restaurant on the top floor is a must too for the views. more

Appalling. If you have booked this hotel, cancel your booking and book a hostel for a comparable experience at a significantly reduced price.
