Stayed Thursday to Sunday-Wonderful hotel and staff. Everyone- the receptionist, the concierge, restaurant and bar staff all went that bit further to make our stay a real pleasure. The room was clean, well appointed and for London fairly large. Nothing was too much trouble. Will stay again. More

Have revisited this Hotel and found out it was nicely refurbished, the staff are very friendly and helpfull. One thing which I did not like is the motor engine hearing from our room No.329 which goes on even during the night. Your also can enjoy free WIFI in the room and in the lobby etc. More
