Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. Found the location of the hotel to be good, within a short walking distance from the British Museum and 2 tube stations. The room however was tiny, the breakfasts were below average and worst of all, the staff were mostly unfriendly, unhelpful and clearly very unhappy to be working there. more
